Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The SheetMagic Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to SheetMagic. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 25% of the sale price
- Lifetime Deals: One-time commission on initial purchase
- Subscriptions: Commission on initial purchase only
- Cookie Duration: 30 days from the first click
- Minimum Payout: $50 USD
3. Payment Terms
- Commissions are held for 30 days to account for refunds
- Payments are processed monthly via Stripe
- You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments
- Balances below the minimum threshold roll over to the next month
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate link
- Using paid advertising on branded keywords (SheetMagic, etc.)
- Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent click practices
- Misrepresenting SheetMagic or making false claims
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Creating fake reviews or testimonials
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason. Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited if fraud or term violations are detected.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer you referred requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the commission for that sale will be reversed. This is why we hold commissions for 30 days before they become available for payout.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
