    • On a shared sheet, AI formulas now always use the API key saved in the sheet owner's own settings, the same account the formulas are billed to, and no longer read keys from the sheet's shared storage
    • Whether an API key is used now follows the account the formula is billed to, not the setting of whoever last refreshed the shared sheet
    • Sheet owners whose API key was only stored on the sheet re-enter it once in Extensions > SheetMagic > Manage AI API Keys; until then the cell says where to add it
    • When a subscription ends, its licence moves to the Free plan instead of staying active on the old plan, and any credit packs you bought stay usable
    • If your seat on a team plan ends because that plan was cancelled, you now move to the Free plan with your own licence instead of losing access

    • A scrape that fails or finds nothing, such as a deleted page, a delisted Amazon product or an unknown profile, now costs 0 credits in formulas and in AI Chat, and the cell or results tab says "No results found for this input, you were not charged"
    • When a website refuses a page, the cell shows "The page could not be fetched" with the status code instead of a raw error
    • GETIMG, GETSELECTOR, PAGEDATA, SERP and BULKSERP reuse a result for 6 hours, so reopening a sheet does not charge for the same lookup again
    • Scraper inputs are checked before any credits are held: a result count below 1, a web address with spaces, a minimum price above the maximum and unknown marketplaces are refused with a clear message
    • eBay searches use the marketplace you pick, TikTok profiles return their videos again, and Keep Formula is honored when a scraper finds no results
    • Scrapers that start a new results tab at the same moment no longer write over each other: each gets its own tab, such as "Amazon Product Results (2)", and no paid row is lost
    • AI Chat now carries out every sheet action it offers, including freeze rows, notes, tab colors and find and replace, and marks an action as failed when it does not complete
    • AI Chat shows the real reason when a request fails instead of "Server error", stops waiting on a reply that never arrives, and explains why it is unavailable instead of showing an empty panel
    • AI Chat counts cached prompt tokens in each reply's token total, declining an action ends it cleanly, and old approval cards expire
    • Your own OpenAI and Gemini keys now work for image and media tools in AI Chat
    • Your own API keys and Google sign-in are encrypted on their way to our AI service
    • The Google sign-in token that lets AI formulas write results into your sheet is now kept encrypted in transit as well
    • VISIT and the scraper formulas now keep your Google sign-in encrypted on its way to our scraping service too
    • AI formulas no longer stay on "Processing..." when Google Sheets is briefly busy or your Google sign-in needs refreshing
    • When an AI provider is briefly rate limited, AI formulas wait and try again on their own instead of showing an error, and you are only charged for results that arrive
    • A missing API key message names the provider in plain words, and a prompt range with only empty cells is refused before any tokens are used
    • Authorizing SheetMagic always asks Google for lasting access, so scraper results keep writing to your sheet long after you connect
    • The add-on no longer uses a database key: your usage bars and plan details now come through our secured API
    • License Status shows a masked license key, labels you as the owner when the license is yours, and license keys are accepted in any letter case
    • A refunded plan owner is no longer told that a license owner removed them
    • A transferred seat gets its plan right away, seats on Dealify lifetime codes work like AppSumo ones, and a license owner who hands over their own seat stays active
    • Saving settings in the sidebar shows an inline message instead of a blocking pop-up, and tells you if any setting failed to save
    • Upgrade links in the add-on and plan buttons on our pricing page open your dashboard, where you can change plan without buying a second subscription, and your monthly or yearly choice is kept through sign-in
    • Reset All Data keeps your AI API keys unless you choose to delete them, reports anything it could not clear, and its buttons are always visible
    • Paid credit packs stay valid for their full 365 days when a subscription is cancelled, and each pack adds exactly what its description lists
    • Plan allowances refill only after a renewal is paid, yearly plans refill every month, and you can subscribe again after cancelling
    • If you pay for your own plan, or our team granted you one, and also hold a seat on someone else's license, your usage, credit packs, quota warnings and bring-your-own-key switch use your own plan
    • Dashboard: seat holders see the license owner's bring-your-own-key setting instead of a switch they cannot use
    • Dashboard: seat holders see their allowance labelled as the plan owner's pool, lifetime code owners are pointed to credit packs instead of a second plan, and a blank redemption code shows "Enter a redemption code first."
    • Dashboard: sign-in and password reset pages show only our own messages, and the password reset page no longer offers Log in to someone already signed in

    • SERP and BULKSERP work again. DuckDuckGo started blocking the old connection, so searches now run through our scraping service and cost 1 integration credit each
