- Do I get all features on every plan?
- Every plan, including Free, unlocks every formula and every AI model. Paid plans add the AI Chat Agent, BYOK and larger monthly allowances. Otherwise the only difference is how much you can run each month.
- What are tokens and credits?
- Two separate allowances, tracked separately so you can see exactly where usage goes. AI tokens are spent by the AI formulas and the Chat Agent’s reasoning. Integration credits are spent by every scraper and lookup, per call for pages, Google and Amazon, and per row returned for the platform scrapers. SERP, BULKSERP and DOMAINCHECK are free and spend neither. The full rate card is above.
- Do unused tokens or credits roll over?
- No. Both reset to the full plan allowance at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more mid-cycle, one-time packs are valid for 12 months.
- What happens when I hit my limit?
- You get a heads-up before you run out. At the limit the formula stops rather than charging you. Upgrade for a larger allowance or buy a one-time pack. No surprise charges, no overage fees.
- What is BYOK?
- Bring Your Own Key. On every paid plan you can connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, OpenRouter or Perplexity key. AI becomes unlimited at that provider’s own rates, and your monthly integration credits rise by 50% while it is on. Scraping stays metered.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Upgrade instantly. Downgrade at your next billing cycle. Cancel whenever you want, and keep access until the current period ends. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
- How much do I save with annual billing?
- A flat 30%. Switch between monthly and annual whenever you want, no penalty either way.
- Is Free a trial?
